Day 1-3: Beijing
Day 1: Arrival in Beijing
Arrive in Beijing and settle into your luxury hotel.
Start with a relaxing walk in Beihai Park to adjust to the atmosphere.
We can explore Wangfujing Street for some shopping and food tasting in the evening.
Day 2: Beijing Highlights
Morning: Visit Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City.
Afternoon: Head to Temple of Heaven, where we will practice Qigong and Tai Chi with the locals who often gather there.
Evening: Enjoy a traditional Peking Duck dinner.
Day 3: Cultural and Martial Arts Experience
Morning: Visit the Summer Palace and enjoy a peaceful stroll.
Afternoon: Tai Chi and Qigong classes in the Lama Temple with a local instructor.
Evening: Optional Jiu-Jitsu training session at a local martial arts school.
Day 4: Travel to Qingdao
The bullet train from Beijing to Qingdao (around 4-5 hours). The journey is fast and comfortable, giving you plenty of time to relax or read up on the local attractions of Qingdao.
Arrival in Qingdao.
Checking into your hotel and get acquainted with the city. Starting by visiting Zhanqiao Pier, which is a perfect spot for a relaxed walk with great views of the ocean and views of the iconic lighthouse and the iconic Qingdao TV Tower.
Day 5-7: Qingdao
Day 5: Qingdao Beaches and Martial Arts
Morning: Visit Qingdao Old Town to admire its colonial European architecture, particularly in the area around Badaguan. Check out the Tsingtao Brewery Museum and learn about the history of China’s famous beer. You can also sample some fresh brews!
Afternoon: Head to Qingdao's beaches for a relaxing time or even a little light Tai Chi practice by the sea.
Evening: Jiu-Jitsu lesson at Jiujitsu Journey academy followed by an evening meal.
Day 6: Nature and Culture in Qingdao
Morning: Hike up Mount Laoshan for beautiful views across the city.
Afternoon: Practice Tai Chi or Qigong in a serene spot on the mountain.
Evening: Visit the Qingdaos Botanical Garden or take a scenic boat ride along the coastline.
Evening: Enjoy Qingdao’s famous seafood at a local restaurant.
Day 7: Tai Chi and Qigong Immersion
Spend a day fully immersed in Tai Chi and Qigong.
In the evening, unwind with a relaxing stroll along the Qingdao Olympic Sailing Center.
Day 8-10: Return to Beijing & More Martial Arts Training
Day 8: Bullet Train to Beijing
Take the bullet train back to Beijing.
You can spend your time revisiting spots like The Great Wall or Hutongs for some more cultural exploration.
Day 9: Further exploration of Beijing and training.
Morning: relax with some free time.
Afternoon: Visit the Confucius Temple and explore the historic Nanluoguxiang area. Visit Lama Temple to meditate or do some final Tai Chi and Qigong.
Evening: Enjoy a calm dinner at a traditional restaurant.
Day 10: Relax and Departure
Take some time for any last-minute shopping or sightseeing before heading to the airport for your departure.
